The video i’m working with 1920x1080p x264 video and outputting it as x264 MKV using ac3 audio. Hi Cot, get comfortable and grab a beer lol. You will need to close file explorer and then reopen it to see the changes. Now let it do its stuff and see how much space you have left once its complete. You should get a warning telling you its going to delete files. Now select the option for System Restore and Shadow copies clean up.
And look for ‘Windows update’ and Old Windows installation. Now select ‘clean up system files’ option. Once done you should a dialog like the following. Open your file explorer then right click on your C:\ Drive, and then select properties.
Have you done a Windows 10 Disk Cleanup to remove left over temp and upgrade files? But you’ll get the best performance from the 1TB SSD if its connected to the existing M2 socket.īefore going down that route.
You could put the 2nd SSD (1TB) in the other socket and it should work properly.
If your PC was built properly by the vendor then the existing M2 SSD should be installed in the M2 socket that connects directly to the CPU. and then use the 500gb as backup or spare drive. as i will want to create an image of the current SSD and then apply it to the New 1tb i get. if its a little more complicated than that ill touch back with you when the time comes to do it. If i get a 1tb SSD is it just a matter of switching off pc, and screwing it into that 2nd SSD slot on the MOBO and then turn PC on and ready to go or will i need to put the new 1tb in the area where the current 500gb is and the 500gb in the spare slot.
New PC is going real good and fast, SSD is real nice, but due to me getting only 500gb SSD i am constantly looking at the space left over, as a fair few times i get to less than 50gb left, so i maybe looking at getting a 1tb SSD at a later date.Īs my previous PC i had a 1tb HDD and it was perfect in size for what i do and never had to keep an eye out for drive space. maybe like you said a bug in the text only. it does seem to play ok and all other info specs are also good. Vpy : using external Vapoursynth library from: “C:\Dean\Media programs 1\StaxRip 圆4\StaxRip\StaxRip 2.4.0\Apps\FrameServer\VapourSynth\VSScript.dll” These are some of the spec of the encode while staxrip 2.4.0 is encoding below. as i did not change any settings at all when updating as all the settings were imported from the old version to the new version automatically in the setup process. I dont know if its anything to worry about or if there is a setting wrong that is causing it. I just updated my staxrip video encoding program from 2.1.3.0 to 2.4.0 and everything is encoding ok, but i noticed while it was encoding there is some info that i do not understand, in the line below in BOLD there are 2 sets of numbers, 368:363, what are they ? in the previous version 2.1.3.0 it always said 0.0 as you can see here -> y4m : 1920x1080p 0:0 24000/1001 fps (cfr)
